FAQS

A PERS is a wearable device that allows individuals to quickly call for help in the event of a fall, medical emergency, or other urgent situation. It connects users to a trained response center 24/7. PERS are most commonly known as medical alert systems.

A medical alert system is ideal for seniors, individuals with medical conditions, people recovering from surgery, or anyone living alone who may need emergency assistance.

The user presses the emergency button on their device, which connects them to our monitoring center. A trained operator will speak to the user, assess the situation and contact emergency services, caregivers, or family members as needed.

Equipment & Features

We offer in-home landline systems, cellular systems (no phone line required), and mobile GPS-enabled units. Fall detection is available as an optional feature with each type of system.

Fall detection automatically detects when a user falls and sends an alert to our monitoring center—even if the user cannot press the button. This feature is optional but highly recommended for high-risk individuals.

We offer both in-person and remote installation options. A technician can visit your home, depending where you live, or we can guide you through a simple setup process over the phone.
